Checking up on the latest posts on the DB website, I found out that Monday November 26th is InternationalOnions Onion Day. What better way to celebrate this staple of cooking than with a cooking challenge. Onion lovers and enthusiasts are encouraged to cook a dish featuring onions on that day and blogging about it the next day. Details of the event can be found here.
